Six months after the abduction of former police officer and gold miner, Delon Alexander, also known as ‘Portmore,’ in Buxton, East Coast Demerara, the Guyana Police Force (GPF) has issued wanted bulletins for two primary suspects in the case.
The men sought by authorities are Mark Cromwell, also known as ‘Diamond,’ aged 42, of Lot 40 Vigilance and Lot 10 Buxton, East Coast Demerara, and Kevral Hatton, also known as ‘Smokey,’ aged 26, of Lot 36 Vigilance, East Coast Demerara. The abduction of Mr. Alexander reportedly took place on May 7 on Church of God Road in Buxton, East Coast Demerara.
Mr. Alexander, a resident of Mon Repos on the East Coast of Demerara, previously served as a police officer and worked as a gold miner.
His disappearance has raised significant concern, prompting police efforts to locate and bring those responsible to justice.
